“Slavyanka” school is the center of Russian culture in Sapporo city.

It is an oasis of Russian culture in Japan that is open to children of school and preschool age, as well as for all people interested in Russian culture. The center was established in 2006 as one of the charitable projects of the company and it works on a nonprofit basis.

Teachers, working in our school, have been specially invited from Russia. For Russian children living away from home, the school is an opportunity to know, remember and respect their national traditions, language and culture. For the Japanese, it is an opportunity for an exciting and useful acquaintance with the rich culture of the neighboring country.

The mission of “Slavyanka” is to keep a centuries-old spiritual and historical heritage of Russia in the hearts of Russian people living in Japan, as well as to make the maximum contribution in the development of friendly relations and cultural exchange between the two countries.

Thank you for visiting us, we are looking forward to sincere and mutual benefit cooperation with you!
